FAQ's

We consider all-day rentals for at least 8 hours. We are typically at your event an hour before setting up and getting all paperwork signed. The setup and takedown do not affect your rental times. We also have hourly rentals available upon request.

For Big Green and our 4-in-1 combo rental, we ask for a 50 deposit to hold your reservation. For our castle-style bounce houses, we ask for a 25-dollar deposit. This deposit will go towards your final amount that is owed.

  A cleaning deposit of one hundred ($100.00) dollars will be charged to each reservation at the
time of delivery and setup. This cleaning deposit is refundable upon the return of the equipment,
provided the equipment is dry, clean, and NOT damaged. This charge will not be imposed if the
unit is returned in the same condition it was delivered. If equipment is found to be un-cleanable
and/or unrepairable, the Lessee may be responsible for additional fees in addition to the cleaning
fee up to the replacement cost of each unit. 

We offer free delivery within 40 miles of Berea, KY. Anything over 40 miles one way, will be charged the federal mileage rate of 65.5 cents per mile.

We value the cleanliness of our inflatables. We use the following steps after each rental as well as do annual deep cleaning. 

Step 1 - We vacuum out each inflatable after every use. 

Step 2 - Each inflatable is wiped down top to bottom, inside and out with a solution called Simple Green. 

Step 3 - We use a hospital-grade disinfectant, Odoban™  to ensure all units are properly sanitized. 

Step 4 - We will do an additional wipe-down of all units before the next rental.

All of our units are licensed through Linville Insurance in Berea, KY. All of our inflatables are also registered through the Kentucky Department of Agriculture for inspection. Insurance information is available upon request.
